Welcome to VedicOrbit Play, a spiritual gaming application developed by VedicOrbit. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use, store and protect it, and the choices available to you when you use the application.
2. Information we may collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, display name and user ID. If you choose to upload a profile photo, we may store that image and its public URL. We also store gameplay-related information such as Dharma Coins, Silver Coins, XP, level, streak, achievements, game progress, reward claims and transaction history.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and maintain your account, show your profile and wallet, save game progress, provide daily rewards, prevent duplicate claims, improve app performance, troubleshoot errors and protect the platform from misuse.
4. Authentication, database and storage
VedicOrbit Play uses Supabase for authentication, secure cloud database services, profile-image storage and synchronization of gameplay data across devices. Information is processed by service providers only as needed to operate, secure and improve the application.
5. Profile photos
Profile photo upload is optional. You should only upload an image that you have permission to use. You may remove your profile photo from the Profile page. A removed image may remain temporarily in backups or cached systems before deletion is fully completed.
6. Virtual rewards
Dharma Coins, Silver Coins, XP, levels, streaks and other in-app rewards are virtual features. They are stored to maintain your gameplay experience and account history.
7. Cookies and local storage
The application may use secure local storage, browser storage, cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember language and sound preferences, support security and improve performance. For example, your Sound On or Off selection may be stored on your device.
8. Advertisements
VedicOrbit Play currently does not display third-party advertisements. If advertisements are introduced in a future update, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play declarations will be updated accordingly.
9. In-app purchases
VedicOrbit Play currently does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid products, premium subscriptions or purchases are introduced later, the applicable policies and disclosures will be updated before those features are made available.
10. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, authentication, analytics, storage or security providers when necessary to run the service, comply with law or protect users and the platform.
11. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or security requirements.
12. Your choices and data deletion
You may update your display name or profile photo where those options are available. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at hello@vedicorbit.com. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or record keeping.
13. Children’s privacy
VedicOrbit Play is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parent or guardian consent. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal information.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our app, features or legal requirements change. The updated date shown above will be revised when material changes are published.
